Kyle MacKendree is an alumnus of Florida State University’s esteemed Risk Management & Insurance program followed by 13 years a Producer up to an Agency Owner of his Miami-based Independent Agency. His past tenures with Arthur J Gallagher, Hull & Company, Morris & Reynolds (a Miami-based retail Independent Agency), Florida Farm Bureau, and presently Agency Owner/Producer of his Miami- based Retail Agency.

Following a operational revamp of his existing Agency’s infrastructure, his Producers & US-based CSR’s have shifted to more meaningful day-to-day tasks supported by VA’s and modernized IT utilizations and processes. Having since developing his team to be self-sustainable and operating seamlessly, his mission with Ascend BPO is to share his successes, failures, along with a spectrum of prospective blueprints incorporating high utilization of VA’s, for other Agency owners to achieve working smarter not harder as well while still escalating profitability.
